Feedback  Senzeni used to work for Sparkling Services the company that we used to work with on a sub-contractual basis. He was doing construction work and we have done a few projects together and l was the Project Manager at that time. I did not encounter any problems with him, he does what was expected from him and he delivers accordingly. We are no longer with his company but he was very helpful and he will be a great service provider to anyone who requires a builder.

Feedback  I own some properties around Johannesburg that l rent out and l use Senzeni for renovations and maintenance work. I got her through a community what's up group the time l was looking for a Pool Specialist. She was recommended by someone and l decided to give her a chance, she renovated my pool which was in a bad state and she did an outstanding job. I came to know of her other services and l continued using her on my four properties. She has done some house alterations, waterproofing, painting, an extension of the building, and bathroom renovations just to mention a few. She is an all-rounder and she works with a team of reliable guys. I rely on her a lot, she sticks to the agreement and l don't have to be there to monitor her progress. I speak of her highly because she is competitive in the market and l will continue with her good services.

Description  Painting and tiling

Feedback  I used Senzeni to paint the interior and exterior of a house for me. She also tiled the entire house. She is punctual, manages her team well, and she is hands-on. Her workmanship is good, she delivers quality work, and her work is neat. She cleans up after herself, I never had any complaints, and I recommend her to others.
