Description  He demolished a structure that was on my property and built some backrooms, plastered and painted the exterior and interior.

Feedback  At first, I was sceptical to engage Simbarashe on the project. I was however amazed during the course of the project by the way that Simba presented himself as a professional and how the outcome was. He was very professional. focused and deligent. He did a brilliant job and I was glad I engaged him in the end.

Cost  The quote was R 5200, he then charged more, I accidentally overpaid and have been trying to get him to refund the mistake. Same empty promises and many stories and excuses.

Description  He had to install a gas geyser. The geyser stopped working within a week. He promised a COC that have not materialised. He made several appointments to fix the problem but always have excuses for not pitching.

Description  He did our 142sqm paving

Feedback  He did a brilliant job and we were all content with the outcome. The work was done promptly and efficiently. He delivered value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone, I do not doubt his capabilities.

Description  He and his team did our paving and also built some retainer wall construction on our commercial premises.

Feedback  The work they did was perfect, they knew what the were doing. The job was extensive but despite that, they managed to finish the job on time. In terms of pricing, they were open to negotiating and still the end result was as anticipated.
