Description  He removed loose tiles from the bathroom walls and put the back. Secondly he fixed the water damage on my kitchen and guest toilet walls. He was supposed to then paint these walls.

Feedback  He pushed me on the start dates and for immediate payment of the deposit without giving me a written quote. He said he would use the deposit to buy materials and give me the receipt, which never happened. The tiles were put up without using spacers and as a result they are not aligned. He left the work unfinished and it's been 4 weeks of following up. He always promises to come and finish but never shows up and doesn't have the decency to communicate. I am seeking legal advise on the matter and would not recommend him to anyone.

Feedback  He didnt complete the job and the workmanship was terrible, he even asked for money in advance which I paid him beyond the deposit and despite this he ran away from the project without completing the project. He also bought subpar paint, please be aware!!

Description  Tiling and Plumbing

Feedback  I would not recommend this company to anybody. All my tiling and plumbing in my bathrooms are being redone. Sipho assured me that his team are professional but turns out that they have no idea what they are doing. Showers weren't waterproofed even though I paid for it. Plumbing for toilets were done incorrectly resulting in leaks. They discarded some of my fittings that were needed for the toilets and shower and replaced them with cheap incorrect ones. I am pursuing legal action against Majaja Construction.

Feedback  SK is friendly, and on time. There were other things that he not good at like we had to consistently check on him. The cleaning wasn't that great, but overall he was a good worker. His quote was reasonable but I wouldn't really recommend him.

Description  He removed mould from the shower ceiling and tiles. Filled crackers and repainted the entire apartment and doors. Plus sealed the shower floor from leaks and moulding.

Feedback  He was punctual, educated me about different paint options, affordable, and went above and beyond to provide services outside the brief.

Feedback  He is an all-rounder guy who is very loyal to his customers. As for me, he repaired my roof, installed my bathroom, did painting, to list just but a few. Everything becomes like new after repairing. We have been working together for 4-5yrs and I have never had any problem with him. When you call him, he is very honest in terms of time hence I can say he is a punctual guy together with his team. I can highly recommend Sipho.

Feedback  I'm an estate agent and all my general work is done by Sipho. He doesn't need to be managed at all. Whenever there is a problem when I call him he comes, if he can't he communicate. When a problem is not solved he always goes back hence he is a good follower. Generally, I can say he is a reliable and honest guy who doesn't really rip you off. He is so professional that he doesn't give you an excuse. I highly recommend this guy.

Feedback  I have known Sipho for more than 15yrs and he has been my to-go man at my house and my B&B guest house. He is a multitalented guy who did my tiling, brickwork, renovations, and plumbing. His work is excellent and speaks volumes and this won him a contract by our board of trustees in our complex. He always put an extra effort to meet the deadline and never disappoints. When doing plumbing he always buys the material and gives you the receipt then I reimburse him. When you give Sipho a job definitely he deliver. I highly recommend him.
