Feedback  Steven did some waterproofing a damp proofing work for me. He has over 10 years experience doing roofing at a large roofing company so he is very knowledgable about all things roofing related. Professionalism and communication needs to improve. I’m sure he will only get better with time. His damp proofing method is a little unorthodox so time will tell if it’s effective or not. Just make sure that you first deal with the source of the damp. We had a bit of a misunderstanding about the work I agreed to. His quote had a lot of unnecessary details such as chemicals they use. I suggest giving him a bullet list of items you want and asking him to quote specifically on all of those points together so that there is no misunderstanding. We had a few minor issues but he tried to make amends for it to his credit. Just make sure you deal directly with Steven and not his short chubby drunk cousin Noah.

Description  Repaired and cleaned guttering and sealed joints etc with sealant , repaired IBR sheeting where necessary . At his discretion.

Feedback  We co ordinated long distance , Steve kept me updated with photos of before and after , and remedial work done ,I felt well informed at all times , very impressed with his services . Highly recommend this gentleman.

Description  Repair of interior walls damaged due to damp, and repainting all interior walls, doors, skirtings, ceilings.

Feedback  Steven has done some repair and maintenance work for me. He has waterproofed our roof, repaired some wall cracks, painted the wall, repaired doors, and his work is excellent. There are no comebacks on his work, everything is in order and the work was done satisfactorily. He has scrubbed and cleaned some tiles for me and I am happy with his work. He is always available when I need his services, he communicates of when he could come if he is busy, and I can recommend him to anyone.

We never had any problems since then. He came on time, he is reliable, his charges are reasonable and he works professionally. I can refer him to anyone.
