POOL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT – Scope of Work. 1(Pool Size:  11m x 6m x 2m) 1.1(Pond Size:  5m x 5m) 2(Pool Size:  12m x 9m x 3m) 3(Pool Size:  7m x 5m x 1.2m) 4(Pool Size:  10m x 5.3m x 2m) 5(Pool Size:  13m x 6m x 2m) 6 Pools in all CONTRACTOR IS EXPECTED TO HAVE AND UTILISE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT SUCH AS: Pool brush Pool Skimming Net Pool test kit Pool chemicals (e.g. Chlorine, Pool acids, shock-chlorine, etc.) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING INSPECTIONS ON EACH VISIT: Inspect and clean algae build up. Inspect hoses and the hose protector for cracks.  Report to me if replacement is need. Check and clean Barracuda diaphragms.   Check and clean Barracuda apron.   Inspect and clean pool skimmer, bag and clips.  Inspect all parts on the skimmer for wear and tear. Inspect weir aqua vacuum lid and deck lid for cracks.  Remove, clean and re-install weir basket.  Check basket for cracks and report if it needs replacing. Inspect and clean universal valve at weir.  Inspect  weir vacuum cuff Check the condition of weir completely.   Check the condition of pool pump, lid and O-ring.   Remove, clean and re-install pool pump basket.  Check for cracks and replace if necessary. Inspect multiport wagon and repot me if it needs replacing. If there’s not enough suction, check all seals. Check and report any underground leaks. Note:  Should any of the parts need replacing, please notify me MAINTENANCE PROGRAM - CHEMICALS Test water for right pH level with each visit. Test water for alkalinity once a month.    Test stabilizer levels (Cyanuric Acid) once a fortnight. Test water for calcium hardness two or three times a season. Maintenance Frequency: Maintenance of pools should take place three times a week – Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Should there be an emergency at one of the locations; contractor will be expected to respond immediately.  This also includes special functions at the Community Center.  Staffing must be arranged so that cleaning continues during “holiday” periods. Contact is for a 1 year period.

The pool leak definitely, need new rhyolite I believe, aslo the pypes needs to be check ans seeled air is getting pulled inot the system even if it's full to the top, pavement around the pool needs ro be taken out and reset

The pool is 5m by 2.5m.full installation including pump and all. New site where house is being finalized, so ground still soft
