Feedback  I contacted Terence twice to assist me with fixing the problems that I was having with the fridge as well as the aircon and I was happy with his service. He did a perfect job and everything is still working well since when he fixed the problems that I was having. He was fairly priced and I was satisfied with what I paid him. His communication skills and customer service were excellent. I have already referred him to others twice and they were also impressed with his service as I was.

Description  Found an electrical fault and also fixed toilet issue which was not flushing correctly

Feedback  He damaged my toilet and didn't inform me. Till today I never got an email quote or invoice, only verbal. He requested to go buy material and requested deposited. He left at 11am and only returned at 17:30 after ignoring multiple of my calls . The quote was fair but the service and attitude made me regret. As a 1st time user of Kandua am hesitant now

Feedback  He hooked the back up power and installed the invertor and lithium iron batteries. He is quite affordable compared to others. Am very happy because as soon as the power goes off the back up switches on in one second just as I requested.
