Description  He was supposed to do a TV unit, build a fireplace, install tiles, gas cage and some other carpentry work.

Feedback  Very dissapointing "contractor". Started off very well, agreed on the scope of work (for a TV unit, fireplace & tiling) and seemed to know what was required. A month down the line I still had nothing installed and I always had to follow up with him. Turns out he does not know how to do some of the things he agreed to. Has too many stories and excuses. He only delivered 40% of the job and I decided to let him go - with costs!! He consistently demanded more and more money with little delivery to show which is suspect of a person trying to finish other project with my money - Even after I'd given him 65% deposit as agreed at the on set . I would definately not use Terry again and would caution anybody who wants to take a chance on him!

Terry's quote was sent to the insurance and using the insurance payout, Terry removed the damaged cupboards, waterproofed the wall and replaced with new cupboards matching the color of the previous ones exactly. Description  Reinforced the hinge of my extra large pivot door Which has collapsed due to a rotting frame. Retired my entrance hall step to ensure it was sloped outward. Installed a glass panel into my solid wood door to create more light in the entrance hall. Rebuild a frame to mask the slightly warped door. Sanded & varnished my garage door and 4 other exterior doors. Created a solution for an ill fitting door and repaired the broken handle.
