Description  Replace a wooden floor in Attic. Install a freestanding bath, basin and floor mounted toilet. Build 1m x 2 m partition. Rhinolite walls and ceilings.

Feedback  Under no circumstance would I recommend Gabriel Tlhako. His work was of a completely unacceptable standard. The toilet and basin both leak as he did not weld the joins correctly. I have had to employ another plumber to do the job properly at my expense. I don't believe he has any experience as a plumber, although he advertises himself as that. He installed a wooden open vanity unit for the basin that he gouged numerous 10 cm holes in with a screwdriver to insert the plumbing. The rhinolight he did is already cracking (within week) as he did not bandage the joins, and the quality of the rest of the rhinlighting is unacceptable. He quoted R7,000 for the materials for the attic floor which I paid on Day 1. On Day 2 he advised he had made a mistake and that he required another R4800 for the materials. I paid a further R2400. The original contact stated that he erect a dry wall of 1m x 2m, which he built in shutterply without consulting with me. I was not happy with the work, and insisted that he cover the structure with rhino board ( which I bought). On completion he insisted I owe him a further R1800 to re- rhino lite the new partition (labour only). However, the existing walls in the attic that he contracted to phonolite remain undone. He did not cleanup the site, until the last day when an attempt was made to do so, by stacking all the waste and rubble on my balcony and leaving me to get rid of it - although that was stipulated in the original agreement, and I was charged and paid for it. I paid him the full amount owing against my better judgement as he was very threatening when I was on site and abusive towards me, and I felt completely intimidated by him and his unprofessional manner and attitude. I was very disappointed by the entire experience.

Description  My tenant reported a blocked drain. Gabriel discovered that the blockage was on the sewerage line and went on remove the blockage.

Feedback  Gabriel found that blockage was in the municipal sewerage line on the neighbours side and that didn't stop him . He solicited access and went on to resolve the blockage. My tenant was happy and I am happy because I managed assist my tenant while relaxing outside the country. I will recommend Gabriel to anyone any day!

Feedback  I have used his services several times, and I still find his services to be of top quality and always exceeding my expectations. He is the one who does all the plumbing repairs for me. Recently he installed water taps in my house. He is very good at what he does, and everyone in our complex uses him. He is very reliable, talented, and capable. His working ethics are very good, and I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Feedback  Thabang is an exceptional plumber who is very good at his job. I have subcontracted him for the past 3 years, and he has never disappointed me. He is the one who does all plumbing installations and repairs for me. He is very good at what he does, which is why I prefer using him all the time.
