Feedback  Magnate Project are a highly reputable service provider, they came through and they did some electrical wiring, ceiling installation and tiling. They coordinates well as a team, they communication skills were excellent and their services was top notch. I was impressed, the quatation was favourable and I can gladly recommend their services.

Roofer

Cost  deposit of R3,000. Bill was R1,500 for the roof leaks and R2,500 for the shower

Description  Magnet was engaged to repair roof leaks and leaks in the shower

Feedback  Magnet did only one job, the roof leaks, which was quoted at R1,500. He then revised the shower quote from R2,500 to R8,150, suggesting he is a professional and cant be told what to do. He offered that i cancelled the job if I dont agree. I cancelled the job and asked for a refund on the shower works he hadnt done. Magnate refused to pay, asking that i pay the full amount for shower work not done or else.... I believe Kelvin of Magnate is a chancer and totally untrustworthy. I will not recommend him on any jobs I do or to any of my clients. And I am an Architect.

Description  Retiled the stoep, painted the roof, built a base for my water tank, fitted new guttering and tank plumbing, sanded and painted shutters, waterproofing small part of roof, sanded and varnished fence, removed old wall in front of fireplace, tiled fireplace and installed combustion stove.

Feedback  Kelvin the project manager is great. Good communication and helpful. Provided good advice and kept us up to date on everything. Came back to make sure things were right even after the job was done. Takes pride in the work of the team. Good team,they just get on with the work.

They are very organised and they do all their work quickly. They are customer oriented and they want to make sure you are satisfied with their work.
