Description  Solomon removed waste from 4 apartment blocks the job was well done, and Solomon was subsequently paid, Solomon made use of a subcontractor to assist with the waste removal and Solomon has not paid the sub contractor, and this is now becoming my problem. In future ensure that any contractors used are not subcontracting out vehicles etc.

Description  He and his team came out during rain to remove our rubble, he went and fetched a bigger truck, came back in the rain, loaded the rubble, off loaded the rubble and came to fetch the last load. All during the rain. He didn't even suggest to come back once the rain stopped. He and his team are excellent and will definitely refer them anytime. Description  Lyncon represented himself as rendering landscaping and irrigation services. He indicated that he can supply instant grass, for which he required a deposit. I paid him the deposit. The man is a fraud. He has continuously claimed that he will supply the grass, it has been almost a month and a half. I told him to repay my deposit. He did not. I caution anyone against using him for any claimed service. He uses the name "Green Card" in his bank. That may well be his actual name. Don't fall for his tricks, even if he changes his name from Lyncon to something else, check-out whether the bank account that he uses has the name "Green Card".

Feedback  He is a fraud. He failed to deliver the grass that he said he could supply. Kandua should ban people like him from its list.
