Feedback  I had tiles that I needed put up. He did the tiling on the outside walls. The end product was okay, the main problem was communication, it was difficult getting a hold of him, he didn't reply to the WhatsApps and I think it could've been a lot smoother if communication went well.

Feedback  He arrived with a promised great team but I was left dumbfounded with his staff delaying drastically and costing my client much distress, severe excess use of tile cement to lay the tiles and I was informed by him that it was in order to get the floor level, even after the excessive cement usage, we were left with several low spots where rain water collects and the financial implication to rectify the matter is very high. A total of 30 20kg bags of tile cement was required (at my cost as he refuses to pay for any materials, regardless how much wasted tile cement is thrown away and placed under the tiles "for leveling"). Large areas of the tiles will need to be lifted and relaid in order to correct this when the promises were that the floor will be level on completion as a very high tile cement content will be used to correct and defects in floor level, which in its self was a brand new concrete slab cast and was already level. A deadline was given and I was promised completion well before the deadline, the tiles were still being corrected 3 days after the deadline, when he left, I had to re-stick a few tiles myself which had come lose as a result of poor workmanship. Excessive cut offs which were not necessary resulted in wasted tiles, each cut was a new tile taken and not fully utilising previously cut tiles to maximise usage from each tile. There is approximately 3sqm of completely wasted tiles as a result and a further 1.5sqm destroyed from dropping a full unopened box of tiles onto newly laid tiles. The tile grouting was not cleaned properly before leaving, this left the final clean up to my cost. All and any debris was for me to clean up, copious amounts of tile cuttings and clippings was left on the grass for my clients children to cut their feed should they walk in the area after job completion. He claimed to have a vehicle which rubble will be removed but this again was an additional cost to me which was not as per our agreement and understanding. I am not happy at all with the service delivered and will not recommend him at all. He may have the ability to lay tiles but thats where it stops...

Feedback  Tshidiso did wall tiling for my dining and sitting room, he then did floor and wall tiling in my kitchen and bathroom. He did a great job and there was something that l needed him to fix, he responded and availed himself, he fixed the problem and now everything is okay. I was very much satisfied with his service and l will be calling him in the near future to do some work for me. I have recommended him to a lot of people and l have not had any complain.

Feedback  Tshidiso has done a lot of tiling work for me. He knows his job very well. I have even transported him to Eastern Cape to do tiling for me. I live in Midrand and l own town houses there, Tshidiso is the one who did tiling for me. At times l find that he is under charging so l tend to give him more money because he does a great job at a very reasonable price: l normally give him incentives for his great work.

He took his time to explain for me what materials to buy and he gave me some ideas on the types of different tiles. I found his prices very competitive and market related. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great and efficient tiler.

Feedback  Tshidiso is a humble hardworking person. He is so trustworthy and tidy. Before hiring Tshidiso, l asked for a quotation from another tiler and he said his rate is R80.00 per square meter which was way expensive for me hence l choose Tshidiso's quote. He did a great job and currently l am gathering some funds so that l can call him again to tile other houses. I recommend him to anyone looking for a tiler.
