Description  Zim catered an event at which we expected 200 people at most, the actual number turned out to be closer to 300. Zim and her crew rose to the occasion and she was not flustered. She was an absolute professional. Overall, the food was great and the service excellent. I highly recommend Zim and will call on her again myself, should the occasion present itself.
