James took our two TV's and said he would fix them by 6pm the same day, he didn't fulfill his statement. He also failed to communicate that he wouldn't be able to fulfill his statement. I phoned him the next day and he said we would then have it that day, that also didnt happen and he then promised to deliver it two days later than the orignal date at 9 pm, he failed to deliver his promise as well as inform us he will not be fulfilling his promise.. I then phoned him again and he said he was in a meeting from 9 - 2pm which i doubt and then he said he will deliver by 3 pm today with a callout fee of R 400 ? after this pathetic service and after reading these reviews, no thanks.

He knows his work very well. Its been a while now and everything is still working fine. He was very quick and he had all the necessary tools. His prices were good and negotiable. I would definitely recommend his service to other people.

Upon arriving he introduced himself to me and asked what the issue is with the my washing machine. I explained what I think the situation is with the washer. He then started to open the machine and started his investigation. Within a few minutes he had found the issue. He explained the issue very well to me and gave me possible fixes for the issue along with a quote for each fix. When I accepted the quote he went on to fix the machine and service/clean the washing machine parts(ie: Out flow pipes). Within the 30 min or so the job was completed and he tested the machine which was now working perfectly. Thank you Francis
