Upon arriving he introduced himself to me and asked what the issue is with the my washing machine. I explained what I think the situation is with the washer. He then started to open the machine and started his investigation. Within a few minutes he had found the issue. He explained the issue very well to me and gave me possible fixes for the issue along with a quote for each fix.
When I accepted the quote he went on to fix the machine and service/clean the washing machine parts(ie: Out flow pipes).
Within the 30 min or so the job was completed and he tested the machine which was now working perfectly.
