Augus Plumbers Marvellous

Description  I consider it my responsibility to share my experience with Augus or Marvelous Plumbers (Pty) Ltd through this review. Previously, they had successfully exchanged a geyser for me without any issues, which led me to accept their quote for a more complex task: digging a trench and connecting a new toilet and basin. Accordingly, I paid the agreed-upon 70% deposit. The job wasn’t started as scheduled, and the trench was eventually dug only four days later. At this point, the plumber demanded more money without providing the necessary hardware like the toilet and basin. He refused to proceed with the job until I made the extra payment and insisted that an additional invoice will be forthcoming. I tried to contact them via email and their website, but both turned out to be non-operational. Additionally, I discovered that the company is not even registered with CIPC, which is a concerning revelation. These issues have left me with an incomplete and unsatisfactory job, and I am deeply disappointed with the overall outcome of my experience with Augus or Marvelous Plumbers. I advise others to exercise caution when considering their services.

Description  He fixed a leak and does some plumbing work for me.

Feedback  I have worked with him many times and in every job he did for me I was happy with his work. He is very reliable and knows what he is doing. He is a professional who is keen on satisfying clients with his services and building a reputation for him self through his work. In addition, he is very determined and self motivated that given any type of job I'm rest assured that he will deliver quality services only.

Description  He did some plumbing work in my kitchen and bathroom.

Feedback  The services done by him where outstanding and at an affordable rate too. He manged to complete the job he, was tasked in a short period of time and always kept the place clean. More so, he is someone who knows what he is doing and is versed in different languages which makes communication easier.

Description  He unblocked some block pipes, did plastering, fixed my shower and other plumbing work.

Feedback  He is professional and knows what he is doing. I was happy with his services for he did a great job. He listened and understood what I wanted him to do and executed it very well. He didn't need to be managed and completed the job in time. He is also very tidy and affordable too. In closing, he is very committed to his work and for that i can recommend him to anyone anytime.
