He also had to retrofit a garage motor, as the one we had stopped working - so he dedicated two days to making sure everything was 110% perfect. No matter what the challenge, he and his team updated me, made sure I knew what was going on, and installed the new garage door with professionalism and thoughtfulness. My only regret is that I don't have more garage doors for him to install!
