I stay in small a separate entrance. There are a handful spots with wear and tear which requires a patching up with paint such as the corners of the skirting and some paint on decorative details on the walls (we have a rabbit which has caused some trouble) We also have a small wall where the paint has peeled off and a basic bathroom shelf which has detached from the wall where it was glued. In terms of electrical work, for some reason all the lights downstairs are dependent on the main lounge light and do not work independently. It would be a great help if that could be sorted out.
