Fernando removed old, damaged wooden flooring in two rooms, filled the foundations with rubble, cemented over the rubble and then tiled and painted in both rooms. His job was further complicated when the old built-in cupboard in the main bedroom collapsed (due to faulty installation more than 46 years ago) when the floorboards were removed. He also repaired some roof damage on our small garden cottage and waterproofed and painted inside the cottage.
Of even greater importance to our family was Fernandoâs willingness to undertake the work in the very challenging environment of a multi-pet household; we strongly recommend him to any family with pets who is in need of a contractor for any renovations!
Fernando has a very strong work ethic and was directly involved in every process, from ripping up the floorboards right up to the tiling and painting; he does not take ANY short cuts.
