Feedback  Blessed and his team did a great job for me, they installed a pool for me at my house and I was happy with the plan that they advised me and the art they displayed. It is so beautiful. I was also very happy with the price I paid because it was negotiable. He is very understanding and his team is very friendly and professional.

Pool and Pond Maintenance

Description  Bless and his team fixed leaks in my rock pond and added a few flat rocks for effect and water flow

Feedback  The leaks have been fixed and the pond is working well, however when they used the sealant which is dark charcoal in colour it was not professional finished off at all. On a large rock that is a focal point, the sealant was only applied halfway up the rock, leaving a distinct dark charcoal vs. the natural rock colour stripe. It needs to be blended so it is not so horribly obvious and looks incomplete. I have contacted Bless several times requesting him to please come and fix this, he however is reluctant to do so and wants to charge me extra, this is part of the original job that they did and is not finished. I am so disappointed as we see this everytime we look at the pond. I now have to get someone else to fix it, not happy at all! Because of this it had left me no choice but to drop the rating.

Feedback  He renovated my pool and I was happy with the service rendered. He was punctual all the way through to the end of the project. He was also timeous because he finished the project earlierr than nticipated. He is tidy and his price was very reasonable. I would not mind recommending him to othres.
