I need to add to my previous review that I would easily recommend James and his team to anyone looking for a professional hassle free job. James is not the least expensive and neither is he the most expensive. I believe his fee to be reasonable.

I have used Blessed on several occasions to do electrical and plumbing maintenance at my townhouses. He is responsive, meticulous and his quality of work is outstanding. His pricing is fair. I would recommend him for any plumbing and electrical work and would definitely contact him for future projects.
