My door handle is jammed, the lock works but handle won't budge. Door don't close properly.

It's quite a number of things. Greetings I hope this mail finds you well.  I'd appreciate your assistance to the below. Kindly let me know if you can assist.  I need to do some alterations to my house based in The Hague, Delft: 1. I need a new geyser installation, it was never installed before. A 150litre, which will require a tap for the kitchen sink and bathroom bath tub.  2. There's a wooden kitchen door that was installed, however, if standing from the inside, it is pushed outward to open instead of inward. This has made it difficult to open a burgler guard from inside because the door pushes outward. I need help with altering the door to open inward.  3. One of my aluminium bedroom windows is broken on one part. I think it requires a clear replacement glass to be installed.  4. Recently there was attempt break-in as a result my dining burgler guard was slightly skewed, my kitchen burgler guard, the key to the lock doesn't open the gate because the lock inside is skew, and the burgler for the window mentioned above is skewed. I'm not sure any of this can be rectified or needs a replacement. I'd appreciate it if you inspect it, and advise accordingly.  5.One bedroom ceiling board has black spots, not sure if there's a leak or requires paininting. It is quite an old ceiling board and might require a replacement  6.I need an outside light for the back Your feedback and assistance will be highly appreciated.
