I paid him half while he was busy with the project and paid him the other half later when the striping of the ceiling was done and sometimes I would give him some money to buy other resources needed for ceiling work. He was disciplined enough to come back with the all that was needed. He is very much affordable. I recommend that when one hires him he/she must tell him to do the plastering as well because he did very good ceiling work.
