Feedback  Let me start by saying my rating is not on Charles but rather your company. IT took 6 weeks to install the cupboard. I have told the lady who called me to get feedback from LeRoy Merlin who I've sent feedback to. I don't think you should only rate Charles as he was pretty much left to deal with the client - he had no support from his team or his company. I doubt you will read the 6 week WhatsApp chat but it's all there. I'm sure your boss wouldn't have put up with half of the issues I dealt with - but as I said in my feedback I felt sorry for Charles who when all the parts finally arrived did install the cupboard well,. It was the 6 weeks to get it done that was the issue and is certainly not Charles responsibility - so again to be clear my rating is to your company not the installer named Charles.

Feedback  I am very happy with the tiling work that was done by Charles for me. Firstly, he was on time ready to do the work and his service was perfectly executed. The tiling was neat and tidy such that I do not have any complaints regarding his workmanship.

Description  We fitted new cupboards in our offices kitchen.

Feedback  He is very helpful, so if your a first time renovator I would recommend Charles. He gives advice and assist throughout the whole proses.

Feedback  He is trustworthy and tries by all means to do exactly what he is told to do. The only issue I had with him was that he had transport issues and getting to my place was a problem. Besides all that the work was done to perfection and I would use him again, hoping that his transport issues have been settled.
