He does have his own tools and transportation. He does have good communication skills as he explained to me and I didn't know much about the swimming pool and I did understand what he was saying. His workmanship is very good. He is very tidy as you would clean up if you're not there when I get back I'll find the whole place clean. Even after he finished the pool maintenance he still came to check how the swimming pool is functioning.
