Waterproofer

Description  He removed the old waterproofing membrane, cleaned up the roof, applied waterproof primer, then planned and executed the installation nof the new waterproof membrane. After completing the membrane installation he painted the roof with the silvercoat paint.

Feedback  Collen volunteered and brought some left over material which he had from another job. Indid not need to perform any supervision. He came to site and got on with the job. I asked several questions and learnt alot from Collen. He also arranged a professional person to assist me with the cleaning and setup of my hot tub which was unused for many years. I get to use this Summer without the need to heat the water. I am happy with Collen's service.

Description  Ceiling & Wall Painting

Feedback  I needed my garage to be repainted to change the colour, so I hired Collen and he painted the walls inside and the ceiling. He first did the crack filling as well as some plastering. He also varnished the garage door and painted it. His work was very neat and he was able to do all the work quickly and efficiently. I found him to be very helpful, he gave me recommendations on the quality and quantity of material that I was supposed to buy. I was very impressed with his workmanship and professionalism. His pricing was fair for the work he did. I would recommend him anytime to anyone.

Feedback  Collen painted my newly built house and he did a fantastic job. He painted the exterior and interior walls, the ceiling as well as the boundary wall. It was a job well done and I was satisfied with the results. He was extremely professional, trustworthy and the price was okay He is an excellent painter and he cleaned up after himself.
