Description  Some of our ceiling panels collapsed. Collins was the first to respond and came out that morning. He started repairs that afternoon as the insulation was falling through and going everywhere, and he completed the job the following day. He was very neat, cleaned up before he left on both days, and even collected the insulation and put it back into the ceiling.

Feedback  He didn't need to be managed. Perhaps the only downside was that I had to go out and buy the panels etc, but he knew exactly what he needed so it meant only one trip.
