He was very friendly and did the job very well. They understood that the full budget was also to refurbish the cushions which they couldn't do as they were just there for the carpentry. I am impressed at how they were able to come in and just fix it because everyone else I spoke to said they needed to pick up the couch and take it to their workshop. So I'm glad, they also took the couch outside so it wouldn't make a mess inside.

Watson did a good job on my sliding door and security door. To think we wanted to buy a new sliding door and security door. They both work perfectly and feel new.
