We are moving to the Reid, Linbro park in 2 weeks and would like to alter certain aspects of their cupboards/ set up to our needs. Kitchen: We would like to break the single cupboard next to the fridge so that our own double door fridge will fit Extend the small cupboard above the fridge to be over the new double door fridge space. Extend the countertop and create a new cupboard under the extension. Create 2 pot draws where there is currently a gap for the tumble drier Create 3 draws beneath the spoon draw (currently there is a cupboard) Create a nook under the upper cabinetry for a microwave Bedroom: Install 6 pull out shelves in the cupboard Fit an extra railing to hang clothes in cupboard Passage: Make a half size linen cupboard with 2 shelves in it.

Replacement of a plasterboard ceiling in the kitchen that was water damaged.

Looking to get a quote for a home bar. Would need a counter as well as back or bar area for bottles and glasses etc. The property is a rental so don’t want it fitted permanently but rather something that can be moved in 2 years

Project could involve other forms of carpentry like wooden staircases etc.
