Description  I am a franchisee, with four branches that I own and Dan has done plenty of renovations and construction work on these properties since 2017.

Feedback  His work is very impressive, precise and consistently outstanding. He meets my quality standards as well as those of the franchising brand. Dan is also professional and open-minded when it comes to negotiating payment terms, he puts his clients needs first before business. On one of our properties, the gate he made and installed for us was damaged by a tenant and he came back to repair it for free which demonstrates a high level of commitment to his work and customer satisfaction. He is very quick, it took him a week to revamp the entire branch in Lephalale which included tiling, ceiling, painting, and some building work.

Description  He built the house I live in, it's a 9 room house and he did everything from start to finish, including, roofing and ceiling, painting, plumbing, and electric wiring, literally everything.

Feedback  I am still very happy because he built the house about 8 - 9 years ago but I have never had any problems, such as leakages, electric issues or anything it still looks as good as if it was built yesterday. He was very helpful in delivering what I needed and I had no problem with them. Everything was done professionally and efficiently.

Description  They refurbished our home, they did things like tiling, built our perimeter wall, waterproofing, and other work.

Feedback  His work quality was great. His prices were very good and we had no problems working with them. We are very particular about what we want and we were there the whole time to be sure that our expectations were met and what I admire is that he was always on-site with his guys and everything was on point. When we were not happy about something he made sure to rectify. In general, they are very good.
