After all, he wanted someone he understand because he is short tempered. I had offered him my countenance but he refused and preferred that I deduct his money and he uses his own. He is time conscious he was always on time. He is a man of his word, who calls a spade a spade. Basically, he was managing the project and at the end of the day what I wanted were results on time which he delivered. He is good at what he does and I highly recommend.
