He's great. Very friendly, knows exactly what he's doing. Took the time to explain everything because i didn't know much. So it is really nice to know why it is broken. I really really appreciated it. Now everything is running like no mans business. I am on top of the world . It was working even before he left. He was a bit late but i didn't really mind because it was such a good job and he used his time there very well. I will definitely use him again but hopefully nothing else will be breaking!
