He would come to work on time, I had no problems working with him, and he would make sure that every day before he leaves the site, he would clean where he would have messed up. His quote was negotiable, and I can recommend him.

He got the job done sooner than I expected, he was very quick, and because I was referred by someone I know, I trusted him to deliver. He cleaned after himself, very professional, and he knew his work. His quote was reasonable, and I can refer him to other people.
