Doubt Frank

Description  He moved my Lapa.

Feedback  Frank redid my Lapa, basically he was moving it from one part of my place to another, he did a wonderful job and not many people can do this. He also did some drywall and replaced the tiles. Ideally, I would rather wait for him to finish whatever he is working on with another client that to take anyone else for any work I need sorted out at my place, mainly because he is very skilled and able to do precisely what I want, as an added advantage he is quite reasonably priced. I would recommend him without a doubt, he is very good at what he does. .

Description  Carpentry work

Feedback  Frank is a subcontractor that I have been using for the past four to five years, he does mostly carpentry work for me, but he has also done some painting and handyman work. I have never had any problems with him, he comes to work on time every day and if he has a problem he will inform you in time. He is also very reliable, I usually leave him alone on site he gets the job done, he sticks to targets and will communicate if he has any problems. He is a quiet guy, he doesn't talk much, he just concentrates on his work. I can give his craftsmanship a four out of five.

Description  He helped renovate and fix up an auctioned house I bought and flipped. He also helped me renovate a classroom up in Mthatha.

Feedback  I am a civil engineer by trade and I have used Mr. Frank and his crew on two occasions with general renovations. The first time was for an auctioned house he helped me renovate so I could resell and the second time, was for a classroom that needed renovation. Both times, I can undoubtedly say that his work was impeccable. Mr. Frank and his crew worked after hours, on the weekend; even though I wasn't there on the weekends. I trusted him with both projects that we did together and would trust and definitely use him again without a moment's hesitation. Mr. Frank is a reliable and a very hard worker. He was very proactive and even took the initiative to start working on other certain parts of the project without me needing to tell him. He would inform me of how much material needed to be ordered and used and his judgment was always correct.
