1. Build an en-suite bedroom on top of the existing main bedroom,it should be the same size as the main 2. Remodel two bedrooms space to one en-suite bedroom, this bedroom is north facing same as the main bedroom (meaning we'll have three en-suite, two on the ground floor and one on top of the main. The bathroom, west, that was serving the two merged bedrooms half of it will be merged with, that is extend the footprint of south facing bedroom, the other half be toilet,shower,sink for the smaller bed/study facing south, next to the kitchen. 3. For access to the ground main bedroom we'll need to build corridor-door along the en-suite wall of the bedroom on the ground. This corridor will also take a chunk of the walk-in closet of the main bedroom, hence, we need about 1.5 to 1.8 square meters width extention outside along east side of main bedroom for a closet. 4. Stairs to access the top bedroom will be built along the part of the corridor that was leading to the main bed door and the door of the bedroom facing south, so the doors to these two bedrooms will be relocated to the bottom of the stairs. 5. In the kitchen, the entrance to the laundry is facing west, to the guest lounge and dining room,I would like to relocate this entrance to face north to family lounge, that means demolition and rebuilding of a wall in a different angle this case. In the kitchen also demolish about 600cm of the wall between the kitchen and the family, some lights switches will have to be relocated in this case. 6. On the front/family lounge patio(north facing) remove the folding door and replace it with a sliding door to create space for a mini outdoor kitchen (braai,counter and sink area)next to the stairs leading down to the garden. 7. Last but not least create one big opening between the family lounge-kitchen and guest lounge-dining instead of three separated by brick built pillars. This means a support beam must installed and make provision for sliding doors for privacy between the two spaces.
