Feedback  Duma was referred to me by a friend after I had problems with the contractor who had started to build my house. Compared to the previous contractor, he was very professional. The starting time for work was 8 am, and every morning when I woke, I found him and his team already waiting for me. His management style is good because I never had any problems with his team, they even clean up after themselves. I like his work, my home was built beautifully, I have no complaints with my house.

Feedback  Duma worked with me as a subcontractor on a housing project in Cosmos City. He builds the whole structure from the ground up to the roof level. His pricing was not bad for the work done, it was reasonable. He and his team were punctual, Duma even provides transport for them, so I never had any issues with that. I always look at how one treats his employees and I never received any complaints from his employees about not being paid or any other thing, he treated them well, which showed that he is a fair guy. The one thing that I witnessed was his team walking around with a refuse bag and picking up leftover cement as they were plastering, even before the cement had dried on the wall. His craftsmanship is great and he is a professional.

He is someone that you can negotiate with and he did a good job for me. I don't know about other people but he did everything that I asked him to do with no problem and he always came to work on time. His craftsmanship is beautiful, he really did a good job.
