I need to do electrical inspection in my room to get report about a fault and police affidavit to represent in the court that info is true and correct in the report.

Large inverter solar panel project being installed. The electricians say they finished the inverter install and then moved over to rewriting our db board as they caused surges on half of our appliances, destroying them and causing electrical fires. Now after nearly 4 weeks they say they are done but have left every plug socket in our house with reverse polarity and there is an earth leakage that has been bypassed by them which poses a massive threat to safety. They have not acknowledged this and assure us the house is fine yet more appliances are being broken. They are not professional and instead of using an outlet tester they use our appliances or a simple hand drill. We have no faith in their install and would like an electrical expert to inspect what they have done and suggest a plan moving forward.
