Cost  R1500 for something that took about 40mins to do. The hourly rate was R750, they extended saying the plumber was there for almost 3 hours

Description  He blocked the drain in less than an hour, the rest of the time was just delaying tactics to push time so I could pay more, from struggling to connect the machine, sitting in his car, washing hands, explaining the same thing over & over, packing up, long payment process. Only to be told it's almost 3hours, daylight robbery if you ask me.

Feedback  I'm very disappointed & dissatisfied by their service & how they charged me. I had to pay for the plumber wasting time on delaying tactics, paid for plumber being intentionally slow & using delaying tactics so the hours can be added. Counting the amount of time to do the actual work, it was less than an hour, but I was charged for him unpacking, spending time checking out his equipment, struggling to connect, packing, washing hands, waiting for their office to estimate my charge. All that is time I had to account for.

They are very honest and they keep you in the loop with whatever they are doing. They explain to you what problem you have and how they are going to fix it. I had a leak on one of the pipes they worked on and they came back early the next day to fix it for me. I have never had any problems ever since. They are quite professional and reliable. Their prices are also reasonable compared to other service providers.
