Feedback  lam a contractor in the building and l move across Gauteng for RDP houses. l did a once off project with Ephraim because we always support the community business where ever l build and he was one of the contractors who applied for the project. He came out the top first due to his references and previous jobs, he did the plumbing for 50 units and he did an excellent job. l like the fact that he was always on-site and he can work under pressure without compromising on quality.

Feedback  l used to work at the same construction company with Ephraim before l started my own business and l knew that the guy will be very useful if l have him on my team. Ephraim does technical painting which requires a special skill, l use him from time to time and his work is up to standard. l have used him for several years and l have seen what he has done for others.

Feedback  l can't recall how l met Ephraim because l have had him on my database for several years. l subcontract him for painting and plumbing and l like the fact that he is capable of handling big projects with his team. He has never dissapointed me, he is a committed person who shows a good attitude towards wotlrk and he gives money some value.
