The floor had paint over screed, but we hired a floor sander to take off the top layer and most of the paint. So some blotches of paint surface are left but most of the serface is super smooth. We originally wanted to get all the paint off and just finish off the screeding with a top layer to have that as the floor, but since we can't get off all the paint we don't think it'll work. Hence we're think of epoxy as a solution to this? Otherwise we might just tile it. Let us know what you think would be most cost effective.

4metres squared, I'm looking to have a satin white Epoxy flooring for residential use. The surface does require preparation in sanding and patching as there is tiling. The substrates would patching and filling off.
