Description  This is the worst handyman I ever dealth with from Kandua. I asked him to come and do a quotation for some carpentry work and he did but I constantly had to ask him to send it. After he did send it, I asked him if he can come so we can go buy material to do the job, he refused, telling me he does not have time to go to the shops. His attitude and professionalism are questionable. He was also not so interested as i constantly had to follow up with him, with minimum interest from his side. Dont 1

His unprofessional and does not understand customer service and has bad attitude. He refused to come do the job even though I agreed to buy material and pay him for labour.

Feedback  Very happy with the work the job was done well but for 30mins of work I found the rate to be too expensive. I think for future it would be good to be given an estimate cost first for small jobs like these. I can fully understand that for bigger jobs a call out and assessment is needed before quoting but I was very clear in exactly what was needed when requesting a pro. Overall very happy just the rate wasn’t great.
