Description  Secured curtain rail bracket to wall, secured toilet seat with new joint, fixed two chair legs by replacing screws.

Feedback  He arrived on time. He quoted only for his labour (not incl estimate of materials) but did not make this clear even after I asked him to clarify. He arrived without the correct materials (even after seeing photos etc) and had to go get them from a hardware store which meant he took longer than he said he would.. his workmanship was fine and he he got the job done in the end, but transparency/communication could be improved.

Description  Renovations.

Feedback  He renovated my house where he was painting the walls as well as the ceilings. He also did some waterproofing as well as plumbing where he was changing taps and repairing some leaking pipes. He was very professional and efficient. He finished all the renovations in a week and I was impressed with the work that he did. I never had any problems with the work that he did for me. He charged me a fair price and I would not mind recommending him to anyone who may need his services.

Feedback  He did quite a number of jobs for me. He reconstructed m swimming pool, did some house renovations including railing and scheming. He has also done some painting jobs for me as well as roofing. He is very reliable, he always shows up on time and he always cleaned up after his work. I have never had any problems with him and he has never disappointed me. His prices are reasonable and his workmanship is beyond average. I can definitely use him again as well as recommend him to anyone who may need his services.
