Description  Freddy is not a repair man, he is a middle man for the technicians he brings with him to do the actual work. They came to repair my dishwasher ( was tripping my DB board) I asked them to fix the water sensor on my tumble dryer. They serviced my tumble drier and left parts out of it when the reassembled it. My dishwasher wouldn't switch on after they left. They came back during load shedding on the same day, after I asked them to come back the following day, Fred asked me for payment. R1200 for servicing my tumble drier ( using my vacuum, because he apparently left his blower by another clients house) initially he wanted R2200 for both the dishwasher and repairs. I paid R1000 and it's day 3 and he said he would be here and it's a no show. Very unprofessional. Fred is a conman looking to rip people off, his not interested in building a reputable name for himself or his "business" avoid at all costs.

Feedback  He doesn't know anything other than what his technicians tell him. Don't pay for the middleman. Find someone else.

Description  Nothing. He arrived an hour after the time he agreed and said his GPS wasn't working. He then came in and told me a long story about what the problem could be without actually haering what it was. He then tried to charge me R3500 for the job. when I told him no way , he then dropped the price to R1200. I asked him to come back and fix it on Thursday, which he agreed to do, but he told me to first pay him his call-out fee of R350. We had never discussed this and I subsequently noticed that on this page of his it says that the call-out fee is R150. I have the receipt for the money I paid. He said he would be back Thursday to fix the problem, but hasn't called or pitched until now and it is midnight Thursday. I will never offer this guy any work again nor refer him. I feel cheated.

Freddy is timely as he finished the work on schedule, in addition, his work is tidy. I compared quotes and found Freddy’s prices to be the most reasonable.

Description  I asked him to repair my fridge/freezer which had a thermostat problem, Fix a microwave oven that was not working and also check the dishwasher that was not working properly. He came with an assistant and both started getting to work immediately. I would have liked an estimate of what this all would come to earlier on as opposed to at the end of the day. This way I would have been able to prioritize what needed doing and what could be skipped. Still, he did the repairs, went and found parts that needed replacing, and after I asked, he gave me a three-month guarantee on the jobs. I find everything works perfectly now.
