Description  Repaired leaking sunlight in roof and replaced clay drainpipes with PVC pipe.

Feedback  Whilst sunlight leak in roof was successfully attended to, blocked drain was ineffectively remedied with replacement of a portion of existing clay pipes with PVC pipe. After 7 months since drainpipe replacement, root ingress is back, and drain blocked again. This was an expensive exercise in futility and integrity of PVC joint to remaining clay pipe is suspect. There appears reluctance to address so eventually had to bring in another plumber to unblock drain. Diagnosis suggests my drain problems are unresolved.

Description  Removed all exterior plastering to the root core of the problems, added waterproofing and restored all walls to original texture and paint.
