Description  Painted internal walls for apartment whose walls were damaged by a previous tenant. Gift also selected and coordinated other Kandua professionals (plumbing & carpentry) to repair the unit and prepare it for the new tenant

Feedback  Gift did an excellent job. He worked unsupervised, did the materials purchasing, coordinated subcontractors and handed over the completed job to the real estate agent. Both the painting and handyman work was immaculately done. Gift added significant value through taking control of the job and delivering on what was asked to do.

Description  Gift painted the walls and ceilings of a vacant 2 bed, 2 bath unit and lockup garage, varnished the main door, touched up the door frames.

Feedback  I was able to manage the job remotely as Gift proved to be reliable and dependable, working unsupervised with unrestricted access to vacant our unit. He kept me updated with good communication. After he completed the job the estate agent indicated that he did an excellent job. This is the 3rd painting project Gift has done for me.
