Description  WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS MAN! He was suppose to fix a patio door in my restaurant. But actually just placed a small hook on the outside to secure the walk in door, but the main door has yet to be repaired! He keeps avoiding coming back and refuses to refund my money!

Feedback  Absolutely appalled with the service!! Given was fast to come to the restaurant and immediately confirmed he could do the job! We have a glass folding patio door that is unable to open. I explained to given that I need the door to be able to fully open. He confirmed numerous times that it could be done. He sent me a quote and came when the restaurant had closed for the evening. He was done very quickly and ensured that the door was in full working order! Which it is not! It cannot open at all! He installed a small plastic grip to hold the walk in door open, that’s all!!! For R3500!! And now he refuses to take me calls and ignores my WhatsApp messages. He has promised time and time again to come back to the restaurant to fix what is not right but has instead disappeared with the money!! This man is a CON and a THIEF!!! I have requested a full refund but have yet to hear anything from him!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
