He is very quick. Unfortunately the workmanship is very sloppy. Tiles were not aligned in their rows (as they were before), the roof paint was applied without prior cleaning of tiles (previous contractors used pressure washers), the paintwork is all over the wall where it shouldn’t be which means I have to repaint. Some wall paint was damaged as well as a gutter. If speed is the only requirement, I can highly recommend him.
