I would say that the only improvement you could make would be to communicate delays more. At one point you said you were 10 minutes away, but took about 40 minutes to arrive. Other than that everything was excellent.

They are very neat and precise. They took their measurements correctly because I did not have any leftovers or wasted material. When it came to the actual installation they were extremely precise and neat everything showed that they know what they are doing and the work turned out to be very good.
