Feedback  Great work and neat installation done by Honest and his Team. Left the place with a refreshed look. Only downside was that they didn't clear the rubble from site and had to incur the additional cost of getting this removed for disposal.

Feedback  He use sub contractors that are not qualified promise moon and stars but can’t deliver. He received full payment and job is still not completed

Painter

Cost  1.Painting 3 rooms +lobby R7440 and skirting R1500. 2. .Vanishing doorsandthewall R32900.

Description  I did damp proofing on the walls in the ff rooms:- main bedroom, dining room, lounge and the lobby and NWC SA painted the walls for me. With damp proofing I had to remove the vanished wooden skirting and NWC SA installed them back and vanished them. He also painted all the windows, the burglar proofs and the plastered wall at the back of the house. Seeing that he's a construction co I asked him if he could do more than just painting and when he said yes then asked him if he could vanish the outside doors and the face brick wall. We agreed on the matter and he explained to me how's he going to do that ( including scrubbing the wall with sugar soap to remove dust and marks) and when he is done with the wall it would be clean and ready for vanish.

Feedback  Honest Tshuma is a very humble and respectful person to such an extent that his employees take advantage of him and do as they please. He is very knowledgeable about painting hence he did such an impressive job inside the house and the outside plastered walls..His weakness is that he can't mannage his workers hence the guys he delegated to work on the face brick did such a bad job. His team members were constantly chatting to one another and not concentrating on the job. I complained a few times to him about his team members. The other one even broke one of the big lampshades that I can't even replace because it was an import.

Feedback  He welded a gate from scratch and installed it at my house l am happy with his work. He is a professional, and the job was perfectly done. Honest is a trustworthy person because he installed a DSTV for me, and it is working l have not had any problems. His work was neat, and he left the place clean. His prices were affordable as he allows room for negotiation l recommends his services to others.

Description  Electrical Services.

Feedback  It has been a year since l started using his services, and he has done several jobs for me. He fixed the palisade fence, my phone, DVD player, and many other things.
