Description  Carpentry.

Feedback  He is a very good carpenter who is dedicated to his work. He fixed my bed and I was impressed with the service that he rendered to me. He came on time and he finished the work in an hour. He cleaned up after his work and left the place clean. I did not have any problems with him and I can definitely recommend him to anyone who may need a carpenter.

Feedback  Richard didn't do a good job the first time around and when I called him back to do rework I had to chase him for over a week

Description  He was supposed to tile a room and repair broken tiles.

Feedback  I don't recommend Richard as he is not reliable in meeting the time agreed with clients. He gave late notice that he cannot come to start the tiling job 30 minutes just before we were due to meet. Knowing that his current job still needed work the next day, he did not communicate this earlier before advising he cannot start the next job. Really disappointed. Pls note I cannot rate tidiness and workmanship properly because we did not even start the job!

Feedback  He did not need to be managed, and was very professional. His work was very tidy with good finishes. I would recommend Richard.

Description  Installed 7x deep moulded, hollow core doors for bathrooms & bedrooms

Feedback  The first door was a trial to check quality of workmanship. Great first door! As the day progressed and the pressure (self imposed, not from me) was on to complete the job, Randy (assistant) started doing Richards job of cutting doors to size, and the work got sloppy. One door had too much cut off the bottom and a large hole appeared. Doors 5-7 had scuffs and chips on corners from hurried handling and bumping. Wood chips still in the holes made for locks which should have been removed outside. There were some issues with positioning of locks but they were ascribed to non-square door frames. I have yet to remove 5 doors for painting so uncertain what to expect. Richard has good skills and experience and does a great job when not under time pressure.

Description  Replaced my front door, strengthend the frame and fitted a new lock and handles

Feedback  Polite young man who knew exactly what he was doing. Advised me that the door frame was not sturdy enough which would lead to other issues later and repaired that accordingly.

Feedback  Awesome work, unit turned out exactly as i had pictured it

Description  Richard did fitted in wardrobes for me and kitchen cupboards for me.

Feedback  He was good. He managed to complete the job in the time specified and he did a good job that I was pleased with. He is professional and I would use him again for his good services.

Description  Richard did the hanging of the ceiling, which is 50square meters x50square meters.

Feedback  He did a good job and I was really happy with the work that he did. He was even staying there so that he could be able to finish the job on time. He is professional and hard working.

Description  Richard did kitchen cupboard nets and put in new ones which are lennon granite.

Feedback  He was actually recommended to me by my neighbor and I must say I have no doubts using him. His attitude is good, he is good, he is a good listener, he knows what he is doing cause ever since I have never had any problems with him or the work he did for me. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to someone else.
