He knew bout plants and gave me advise on which plants to use for my garden. Area of improvement: brief the guys you work with about the job scope if you are not going to be there. Think about doing artwork or cades designs for new landscaping this will give the customer more confidence. Leave customer with written care instructions for the plants / grass installed so that we know how to take care of it

I called him on the Saturday morning asking if he could come and install the lawn, it was very short notice but he went to collect the sods and he came, he was willing to do the work alone but I advised he could find some fellas around the corner, they were all hands on, Eddie made sure ale the sods were well connected and pressed down into the soil to ensure rooting, he did a fantastic job and our grass looks phenominal!
